Topic: What does certification mean for carbon removal projects?
At the last 3 roundtables, we discussed the challenges and opportunities around the crypto carbon markets. In December, Stenver from Solid World and Alexandre Borde from Cibola Partners presented their venture and insights respectively. In January Charles from Carbonds.io and Pascal from FutureofTrust BV presented respectively their blockchain-based carbon credits projects. In February Sylvain from Huglo LePage talked about Are voluntary carbon credits a commodity as such?We look forward to you joining our next roundtable.
KlimatelinK roundtables are open, transparent and collective discussions under the Chatham House rule. We aim to share different perspectives and expertise to improve our understanding of complex key issues relating to carbon emissions removal.

Testimonial from the last Roundtable:
"The breakfast roundtable organised by Klimatelink was an opportunity to understand the opportunities and challenges surrounding the VCM in a number of different regions globally. Hearing firsthand the difference investment in carbon credits is making to the environment and communities worldwide was amazing! Two references from Sylvain's presentation stood out for me, legal action to hold claims of Net Zero to account and the requirement of project developers to underwrite their carbon model.
Well worth the time and I look forward to the next one"
